Tverskoy Boulevard 17
An interesting complex of buildings of the 17th-19th centuries with a difficult fate. Formerly the main house with an outbuilding of the Plokhovo estate is now a dying cultural heritage site in the heart of the capital. According to the results of the developed concept, this complex of buildings has a good potential for regeneration with adaptation to modern use.
